Four drunken visitors to Rome from Eastern Europe were arrested when they tried to take a screw driver to the papal emblem on the beautiful Fontana della Barcaccia (seen above) at the world known Spanish Steps. The fountain was commisioned by Pope Urban VIII in the late 1620's.
